Give long distance love to a special cat who needs you!

Kitty Keepers support cats whose chances of adoption are slimmer than their shelter mates and affords an opportunity to those of you who desperately want to adopt a homeless cat but cannot for various reasons.  For a monthly donation of $20 or more, you will receive a quarterly update, photographs and a personal note from your “kept” kitty.

The current cats in the program are Peaches, Nutmeg, Mickel, Smudge, Penguin,Susan,Belinda & Provolone,Fiaca & Noelle,Fiona,Winks and Nina!

junebug

Junebug and her friends are from a shelter in Kentucky. The ASPCA was in Pike County helping with the recent flooding and many people and pets lost their homes. They contacted us and asked if we would be willing to help with some of the cats. We said we would be happy to help so we drove to Kentucky and picked up our new residents! They did a wonderful job on their six hour trip home and we are excited to have them. They are all wonderful kitties and they are looking forward to their new lives in Georgia!

Junebug is a darling little girl that is very quiet. On her trip back to Georgia she was calm in her carrier and every now and then I would reach back to pet her and she would push her head into my hand, wanting attention. I think Junebug has had a rough beginning and is just looking for a nice home to settle down in. She is affectionate and enjoys being held and cuddled. I think she would make a wonderful companion and appears to want to do nothing but please her favorite person. Please come meet this cutie soon..she really deserves a loving home.
